Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Given the nature of our products, we would like to inform you that all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective, we're here to help. Please note that exchange requests for defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
We'll replace the item with the original product purchased, without any substitutions. Once your returned item is inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you if the exchange has been approved or not. If approved, we'll process your new order within 72 hours.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend by up to an additional business day.
Please ensure your name, shipping address, and other information are correct before finalizing your order. Once the transaction is complete, changes cannot be made.
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. We cannot offer refunds for shipping fees due to delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or natural disasters. We advise placing your order well in advance to account for potential delays.
Orders over $79 will require a signature upon delivery. We'll send tracking numbers once your package is shipped. Once handed over to the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed. In such cases, please contact the shipping company's customer service for assistance. If a package is returned or deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
