Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Given the nature of our products, we would like to inform you that all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective, we're here to help. Please note that exchange requests for defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

We'll replace the item with the original product purchased, without any substitutions. Once your returned item is inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you if the exchange has been approved or not. If approved, we'll process your new order within 72 hours.
